The room is cozy and nice. Very clean. Feel Like Chinese home. Location is near mrt very convenient. And also near with shopping mall and supermarket. The environment is very good.

The loft is very comfortable, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs. The only thing is that the check-in process is a bit complicated.

This Minsu host is extremely terrible. Checking in is a hassle. They still want to collect RM 200 deposit.
When i made the reservation, did not realised there were so many negative review about them. There were many small cockroaches roaming the bed. Even bed bugs on the bed too. I had taken photos and video as proof. The moment when I step into the unit, it smell like this unit had been vacant for the longest time and have a dusty smell. Aircon not cold at all. I was bitten by bed bugs n this is terrible. When complain to the front desk, they are so callous in their attitude, claiming they are hapoy with my feedback but no actions will be done. I check in for 2 night stay but left the very next night. I am not the only one complain but dont understand why where so many negative review this Minsu still hv a 4.1* score.
Book their managed property at your own risk. I even suspexr if their towels or bedsheet had ever been washed or cleaned!!! There are many other agents that managed eko cheras property. Trust me, never book any property under Minsu. U will regret for life!!!
