Returns for three consecutive days

This is a great hotel, clean and clean prices are affordable, the desk staff is kind, because this is a business trip, in the process must be by bus to get to the destination, the desk manager will assist in the delivery of the vehicle quotation, the price in the afternoon ask for RM 120 but in the evening ask another manager is RM80, where there is a gap, the associated supplementary spraying is not significant, the breakfast part does not change much, less selective, the room with coffee capsules and provide machine use is very convenient, but the water tank of the coffee capsule machine should be actively replaced after the last guest's return to the house, the biggest impression of this housing is the use of unclean water in the coffee capsule (as shown on the photo), the hotel perimeter function is also convenient.

Hotel quite old, but near to airport. When check in, key cannot enter room. WiFi very weak and slow

Got coin laundry just on the first floor, very convenient. Also, each room is equip with a tank of water for refill, no need to purchase whater, simply brong in empty water bottle. Sounding have many places to eat, including authentic penang food.

Nice business hotel with quite a good service

A nice business hotel with fast internet. The Premiere Deluxe room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable King bed. The air conditioning worked well and had easy-to-set personal controls. Cleaning was done every day. It could be noisy at times, and I could hear people closing doors or talking. An average breakfast was offered, but it was tasty. Plenty of food places are located next to the hotel.

I had a great stay at Olive Tree Hotel. The room and common areas were very clean and well-maintained – I’d give it an A for cleanliness.
I also liked the hotel’s green and sustainable concept. They use energy-saving lights, refillable toiletries, and encourage guests to reuse towels to save water. There are recycling bins in the rooms too.
It’s a comfortable place to stay if you care about cleanliness and the environment. I would definitely stay here again!
