The whole family hotel

The best hotel for children to spend their holidays. Unlimited time the pool can take a bath. Tired swimming pool can go down play near the arked him, can play video games, board games, play ping pong, pool table, there indoor playground. Breakfast buffet is delicious n lots of food choices.

This is not a 5 star hotel and I do not know how they got 5 stars. The best thing with the room is the pool and the view if you are lucky. The bathroom had cupboards with dirty stains on them and there were cracks on the walls several places. The infrastructure in the building is not a 5 star one and the comfort was not there for me. Even the door to the rooms are dirty and not modern. Some of the sheets also had a weird smell. The worst part however, was that this hotel is very far from everything worthwhile in Penang. Georgetown would take 1 hour to get to because there is always heavy traffic on the way. The staff were nice. I will not comment on breakfast and the restaurants as I did not try them. Lastly, the pictures of the rooms are misleading and do not show everything.

Unprofessional Management Handling

Very disappointing stay. Charlie ants everywhere on bed, towels, toilet, and floor. Management said it’s “natural” and asked guests to be careful instead of properly solving the issue. Guests pay premium rates for comfort, not to sleep like staying in a jungle.

One of the distinctive features of our hotel is the inclusion of a private dip-pool in each room’s balcony area, catering to families seeking quality time together. However, we acknowledge that this unique feature presents a challenge, as the open space may allow insects, such as Charlie ants, to enter the room if the balcony door is left wide open while enjoying the pool.
We sincerely apologize for the shortcoming.
We would take a serious look into this matter, and corrective action will be performed accordingly.
