A real 5 stars
The new hotel is one of the best modern hotel I've never seen. The design is incredible with modern room, a real 5 stars. The swimming pool, the bar, the roof garden are a perfection. Mister Biplob is really profesionnal and sympathic.

Wonderful stay at amari
The bed can be improve due to too soft , it can be better if hard a bit. Guest may think is old bed.

Staff friendly but the twin bed is too small
I recently stayed at Amari Hotel Penang and had an enjoyable experience overall. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel very welcome. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to SPICE Arena, several delicious nearby restaurants, and Penang International Airport, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The only downside was the twin room, as the single beds were quite small and may not be very comfortable for adults. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and excellent breakfast.
