Bed bug alert
Unfortunately, our three-night stay was seriously affected by a bed bug issue. We experienced the problem during the first two nights and reported it to the hotel the following morning. The hotel did move us to another room, which we appreciated, but this did not undo the fact that we had spent two nights in a room with bed bugs and the discomfort caused from itchy welts across our back, arms and also legs
What was particularly disappointing was the lack of any meaningful gesture/compensation from the hotel following such a serious hygiene issue. We had expected the hotel management to take greater responsibility/empathy for the situation, particularly given that two out of our three nights were affected.
Changing rooms addressed the immediate problem, but it did not compensate for the disruption and loss of enjoyment during our stay. We left feeling that the seriousness of the situation had not been properly acknowledged.
For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better — both in terms of cleanliness and, importantly, how a serious issue such as this is handled when it occurs.

Breakfast: filling the dishes was slow and some food was missing very often.
The location is good. Innergarden was charming.

My only suggestion is for the restaurant staff to be a bit more attentive and warm. When I asked in Lithuanian about breakfast around 11:00, they understood me and simply said it was no longer available, ending the conversation there. A friendlier approach; like offering alternatives, suggesting where to find breakfast, or guiding me to reception, would have made the experience much better.
