Staff was friendly but not very useful.
We had to ask several times for the toom to be cleaned and they would assure us that they would clean it, and when we get back in the evening it will still be dirty. We will tell them again the next day and the day after and nothing would change. The room would only be cleaned when we complained to the manager.
We would have to ask for towels several times to shower because they would forget to put the correct amount when cleaning. They would also forget to fill up the toilet rolls.
The room generally is not so dirty but it is very terribly maintained. Everything is stained and scratched up and old.
The toilet is not 1% close to the pictures when booking. The hanging hook and the tap is all rusted out. We didn’t dare put the towel on it not to get it dirty and rusty.
The baby basin, we had to ask for it 3 days in a row before they got us one, even though we wrote in the comment section when booking. And when they got us one, it was all stained and dirty.
The internet was extremely slow, it measured to about 1,5 MBit on average, not enough for anything.
The room key lost coding everyday. We had to get it recoded every time we were back otherwise we wouldn’t be able to get into the room.
The kitchenette was empty, no spoons, forks, plates or anything else so pretty unusable.
Generally very disappointed in everything, I have never had to write a review this bad before.

We chose this hotel for the valet because the parking is always a nightmare in Beirut then we realized when we got there that they don’t have it even tho they advertised it so we had to pay for parking. The smell was the worst part. The bedroom and bathroom smelled bad like there was too much moisture in the air. We tried to air it out but it didn’t work. The electricity cut off so much that the ac would stop working each time so we were sweating buckets at night. The toilet was so high the sink was so low, made it uncomfortable. You get the price you pay for kinda hotel even tho we paid less before and got better

There is no free offsite parking as described. You pay 5$ for overnight parking there and have to be out of the lot by 9 am afterwhich you are charged hourly for parking.
The bed was queen size at best.

Very bad service and very bad Internet (connection lost most of the time and no body help)....no hot water

They have no refund policy even when you are not able to get your room due to an issue caused by their system. They will never give you your money back, instead they offer you to spend the night in the room you booked on any other date. This is beyond outrageous. Basic service like providing tea bags and milk in the fridge are not even met.
