Great find, recommended
Relaxed, very near to the centre (15 minutes walk, a couple of minutes by Bolt), most of all very clean. Reasonably priced if you think of the high season

Excellent aparthotel with great service and a perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Amella and would happily stay here again.
Even before our arrival, we were impressed by the hotel’s customer service. The staff replied to our emails very quickly, answered all our questions clearly and professionally, and helped us choose the most suitable apartment for our needs. Their communication was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
The apartment was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the compact size, the kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing simple meals.
The bathroom was another pleasant surprise, with both a comfortable shower and a bidet shower, which we really appreciated.
The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, and the air conditioning kept the apartment comfortable even on warm days.
The location is excellent. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the famous Riga Central Market is just a short walk away, offering an amazing selection of fresh fish, meat, dairy products, baked goods, fruit, and vegetables.
We also want to thank the staff for their outstanding service during our stay. The electric kettle malfunctioned and caused the electricity in the apartment to trip. We contacted reception, and the problem was resolved within about 15 minutes. The response was fast, professional, and efficient.
Overall, this is an excellent aparthotel with a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and customer service. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

10 minutes walk to the old town
It is about a 10-minute walk to the old town, but there are not many shops around. Hotels, on the other hand, are small but bright, clean and comfortable.

I loved my little room here. It was spotless and very modern with AC. The bed was comfortable, the mini kitchen was handy to have and the mini washing machine right in the bathroom was a huge bonus. The location was quiet and a convenient walk from the bus station and within a 15 min walk to old town. The location seemed to be on the edge of an area that seemed just a touch sketchy as it got later in the evening but as a solo female traveller perhaps I’m being a bit paranoid. All in all, I really liked this hotel and would recommend it.

This aparthotel is a good 10-minute walk into the city centre. The facilities were excellent, the bathroom was immaculate, and the room featured a good-sized TV that was perfect for watching the World Cup. However, cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some long hairs left on the wooden floor.
