Great hotel but I just feel the water not clean.. overall we had a good stay.. we fully appreciate their staff on handling the issues we had.. also when my stuff leftover in the room.. the staff help to send it to me, much appreciated!! They also have shuttle to city that make everything easier

Great stay in Luang Prabang
I had a great stay at the Pullman Luang Prabang. The property is well maintained and the grounds are very nice. The pool was great, breakfast was good with a solid variety.
I stayed during low season, so the hotel was quiet, which I liked.
A special mention to Miss Bang, who helped arrange my time in town and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. She was attentive and easy to work with.
Overall, a really solid stay and I’d come back

An Exceptional Stay at Pullmann Luang Prabang – Even in the Off-Season!
Our stay at the Pullmann Resort in Luang Prabang was nothing short of wonderful. We visited during the off-season, which meant the resort was quieter and more serene—yet the level of service never wavered. The staff remained incredibly attentive and responded to every daily request with genuine warmth and efficiency.
A special shout-out goes to Miss Mina from the Front Desk, who truly made our stay memorable. She was not only friendly but also incredibly resourceful—when we asked for a glue stick for our postcards, she had it sorted in seconds with a smile! She also took the time to book all our daily tours, ensuring every excursion was seamless and enjoyable.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything you could need. Even though the maintenance team was busy preparing the resort for the upcoming high season, we barely noticed any noise or disruptions—a testament to how professionally and discreetly they operate.
Overall, our experience was close to excellent. The resort offers convenient transportation to the town center, making it easy to explore the night market, temples, waterfalls, or even visit the Elephant conservation center. Luang Prabang itself is a gem—peaceful yet full of adventure, with some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met.
We sincerely recommend a visit to Luang Prabang and wholeheartedly suggest staying at the Pullmann Resort. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent stay
We stayed there as a family with two children and were treated to very attentive and efficient staff. Thanks to Kham Chan for his help (excursion and shuttle to the old quarter).
The hotel is in a quiet location in the middle of rice paddies with a view of hills in the back.
A free shuttle to/from the center of Luang Prabang is offered, as the hotel is only 10 minutes from the old quarter. I recommend this hotel for a quiet stay near the old center of Luang Prabang.

Excellent stay
PULLMAN RESORT HOTEL in Luang Prabang is a great place to stay for vacationers. Every guest is welcomed by polite & friendly staff . And i am very thankfull to Mr. KHAMCHAN who upgraded my room upon learning i’m having difficulty going upstairs. Our room is nice ,big & very clean .
