Guests are liable for any damages that occur during their stay. For security reasons, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms; failure to comply will result in immediate check-out without a refund. Grand Hotel is a completely Non-Smoking establishment, ensuring that all of our rooms are free from any traces of smoke. Therefore, smoking is strictly forbidden within the building and the rooms.
