Exceptional Stay! One of My Best Experiences in the Maasai Mara
I had an exceptional experience at Mahali Mzuri. Easily one of the best camp experiences I have had in the Maasai Mara. The camp and its setting are absolutely beautiful, but what truly made my stay memorable was the team and the incredible level of personal attention throughout my stay.
From the game drives to the food, hospitality and thoughtful service, Mahali Mzuri delivered an experience I will remember for a long time. There is a genuine warmth to the service that makes you feel well looked after throughout your stay.
There are a few areas where I think the camp could elevate the experience even further, particularly by expanding the spa and wellness facilities and perhaps creating a dedicated lounge for guests who have checked out but are waiting for later flights. These, however, are suggestions for enhancing what is already an outstanding experience.
A huge thank you to the entire Mahali Mzuri team, and especially Betty, Edison, James, Bob and Mariana, for making my stay so memorable.
I left with wonderful memories, some incredible wildlife photographs, and every reason to want to return. Highly recommended!

Incredible stay
Magnificent renovated lodge. Luxurious tent with appreciable air conditioning. Very beautiful view of the savanna and the animals. Betty our guide knew the flora and fauna very well and we always approached the animals cautiously without disturbing them. Djoel her student was very kind and attentive and had a lot of knowledge as well. All the staff were cheerful, attentive, and professional. The food was very good. We recommend it!

What an amazing place and experience. The accommodation was first rate but the intimate service was what made this vacation special. From the moment we arrived the staff could not have done more for us and everyone knew our names which made it so welcoming. I hate to single anyone out as everyone was outstanding but I must mention our safari guide Levy who took us on some amazing drives, Dennis in the bar who as well as making excellent drinks was great company and our butler Wilson who laid on a surprise last night dinner under the stars for me and my wife. Well done to all - you helped make some amazing memories.

I will never stay anywhere else!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the extraordinary staff at Mahali Mzuri. We travel frequently and have stayed in beautiful places all over the world, but I cannot remember ever feeling as genuinely cared for as we did here. The warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff touched every part of our stay; every detail was anticipated, including things we did not even realize we needed.
Our server, Johnstone, doted on our little girls and always went out of his way to offer them special foods he knew they would enjoy, even when they were not on the menu. Our driver, Jackson, thoughtfully provided heated water bottles and ponchos to keep us warm during the early-morning game drives. The chef even prepared our favorite desserts to take along with our picnic lunch. Having our laundry done each day felt like such a luxury, as did returning each evening to impeccable turndown service and hot water bottles tucked into our beds. Marianna checked on us every day to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.
The facilities and accommodations were impeccable, but it was the staff who made our experience truly unforgettable. Their genuine kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality elevated an already spectacular property into a perfect 10/10 stay. We could go on for days about all the thoughtful touches.
