Superb First Impression

I pre-booked our rooms a week before we arrived. We found the rooms and the atmosphere conducive for an average family accustomed to cleanliness and tidiness. Though the surroundings are dusty, Legacy Hotel stands out in all aspects: prompt service, friendly staff and safe compound. I found the prices comparatively on the higher side.

Modest hotel

It's with the reach of town. The staff are very friendly. The rooms and beddings are clean and have a hot system. The chef was kind enough to make me a special meal.
Would recommend to anyone travelling up northeastern and makes a stop over at Mwingi.
It was pocket-friendly too.

Was a nice experience especially the food... I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the employees were very friendly. Would recommend anyone in mwingi town to visit here. The outside bar was fine and the building itself is attractive from the main road

A little average B & B establishment, but quite reasonable for the budget conscious safari guest. The restaurant offers local cuisine, for $6.00 the meals are better than what you get from the local eateries. With the exception of roast beef/goat meat, a popular Kenyan delicacy, which one has to look for elsewhere in town!
