The tranquility inside the hotel provides great comfort. The hotel is generally well-organized and clean. This is one of the hotels located in the heart of Amman.

The room was tidy and it was a lovely experience; I will definitely repeat it.

I stayed two nights in Regency Place Amman... in room 1612 ....it was amazing ....food also was very tasty ........and the view from 16th floor........you can see Amman at night .
GYM is clean and nice ......

I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience has been unpleasant due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property.
The smell is present everywhere—in the corridors, the room, the couches, and even on the furniture. It seems to have become embedded in the beds, wood, and fabrics. Every morning, I wake up with my hands, clothes, and even my body smelling like cigarette smoke. Even the TV remote control has a noticeable smoke odor.
Whenever I sit on the couch, I stand up smelling of smoke. Walking through the corridors or using the elevators is equally unpleasant because the smell is everywhere.
This is the first time I have stayed at a well-known hotel where smoking rules appear to be ignored and enforcement seems to be completely absent. I expected a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment, especially in areas that should be non-smoking.
I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and enforces its smoking policy more effectively, as this situation has significantly affected the quality of my stay.

5 Star Experience at Regency Palace Amman

"I highly recommend Regency Palace Hotel for business trips, events, or leisure stays. The hotel offers great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. The staff are polite and respectful, providing a warm welcome. Trader Vic's Restaurant is a highlight, serving delicious food with great quality and taste. The menu is well-balanced, and the service is fast. I particularly enjoyed the relaxed dinner and evening drinks in the elegant setting. Kudos to Chef Tiger for the great hospitality and food advice ,
