Cozy and clean hotel

This hotel is very lovely. Whenever my family and I come to Amman, we already come to Crystal hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is good since everything is near it. Ordering an Uber from there to any mall wouldn’t cost more than 2 JD. Definitely recommend!

it may appear non welcoming as a building at first but actually the rooms were more than beautiful , modern , and elegant with great service and free fast wifi and a great price..totally recommended ❤️

Excellent Service and Great Location

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at the Crystal Hotel. The service was impeccable, including help with some late night food orders after enjoying the Amman night life. We also loved the location, which was near a wonderful eatery named Al Kalha as well as a number of grocery stores and even a Starbucks for a familiar taste of home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again next time I'm in Amman.

Short visit

Hotel location is not that good yet close to shops .. small reception area & lobby .. but rooms were modern and good .. bathrooms as well .. recommended for short business stays if you want to stay in `Amman

Amazing

Amazing hotel , very helpful staff , great location in amman , everything we needed was around us , hotel is new , rooms are clean and spacious, we loved it !
Free wifi . Breakfast was perfect and we loved the live omelette station every morning , very easy to walk to anywhere from here and taxi's are always available near the hotel
