For a budget hotel, you can’t really complain. The location is great and situated in a nice, quiet part of Tokyo.
A few things to note: there didn’t seem to be any staff present during our stay, which was a little confusing when we arrived before check-in as we weren’t sure whether we could leave our luggage or where to put it. I think we may have drawn the short straw with our room, as it was right next to the bathroom and was noisy 24/7. The bins outside the room also sounded like they were being emptied around 11pm every night.
Another thing worth mentioning for anyone staying here soon is that construction has started right next to the hotel. Work begins very early, and because the windows on every floor are open, the drilling and loud banging echo throughout the building each morning. I understand this is outside of the hotel’s control, but it’s definitely something to be aware of.
Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a budget hotel in Tokyo.

Clean room, staff only available at check in, air conditioning smelled, heavy mold in showers, 2 convenient stores walkable distance, buses nearby (42-2) take you to major train stations, many small businesses near by and overall safe neighborhood and quiet neighborhood

The hotel is relatively quiet and in a convenient location, making it easy to get around the city. However, the rooms are extremely small and feel quite cramped. The beds are made of concrete with a thin mattress on top, which was not very comfortable. Another downside is that the reception is only staffed during limited hours during the day, so assistance is not always available when needed. However the stay was very cheap, so in summary I'd recommend it.

Room was fine, check in was easy.
The concrete walls made the room get cold very quickly. When using the heater the air got stuck in the top of the room making to top bunk very warm while the lower bunk was left colder.
Bus was convenient but pretty far from minami senju ~15 min and Asakusa~20 min walk.
No way to change the location but the heating situation could have been improved by a fan to circulate air better within the room
