Wish I could have stayed longer!

I cant fault this hotel in any way. Friendly staff, big rooms, quiet, beautiful view. Also the hotel came to fetch us from the station and was punctual. Our room included a traditional Japanese dinner, but they also had steak which you need to order prior to your arrival. If I knew, I would have done that although the Japanese dinner was very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will highly recommend this hotel.

評価は日帰り入浴だけのものですが…。

施設は全体にきれいになっています。温泉は外にある「むら湯」からの引き湯で、浴槽を大きくするために循環ろ過して、塩素消毒しています。
ただ、最近入浴した施設の中で、ダントツに濃い塩素消毒ぶりでした。浴槽に浸かるだけで、塩素ガス攻撃されているかのような臭いに包まれます。元がどんなお湯なのかは全く判らず、この時点で落胆してしまいました。
露天風呂も同じく循環ろ過です。葉っぱや虫などの落下物は、掛け流しのように外に流れ出ないため、直ぐに水面に汚れが溜まってしまうようです。
何故ここまでして元のお湯の泉質（ナトリウム－塩化物・硫酸塩泉）を無色透明を変え、浴槽を大きく豪華にする必要があったのでしょう。温泉供給量に見合う大きさの浴槽をむら湯のように源泉掛け流しで提供していたなら、浴槽がどんなに小さくても好ましい評価となった事でしょう。この近隣の温泉はどこも素晴らしかっただけに、ここのお湯については少なからず落胆いたしました。
ただ、この評価は日帰り入浴だけのものです。施設の方の応対は丁寧でしたし、ロケーションもまずまずでした。ここに泊ったならば館内の浴場の存在は一切考えず、外の「むら湯」に行かれる事を強くオススメいたします。

湯ら里入湯ご利用ありがとうございました。湯ら里宿泊のお客様の約１／３がむら湯と湯ら里に入浴されます。むら湯の入浴が目的で湯ら里に宿泊されるお客様もいらっしゃいます。毎日むら湯に来られる方、毎日湯ら里に来られる方、さまざまですが、温泉通の方には、もちろんむら湯がおすすめです。秘湯温泉三昧ツアーのご宿泊施設としてご利用いただいておりますが、むら湯があるからこそのご利用です。塩素消毒につきましては、保健所の指導に基づき機械により自動で混入しております。今一度、チェックさせていただきます。ありがとうございました。

日帰り温泉を利用しました

ちょうどお昼時に日帰りで温泉施設を利用しました。
休日でしたが、時間も時間だったので、温泉はまったく混雑しておらず、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。
内湯、ジャグジー、露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂が楽しめます。
隣の温泉施設、むら湯のお湯を濾過して使っているとかで、無色透明のお湯です。
加温・加水ありとのことです。
脱衣所には、無料のウォーターサーバもありましたので、安心して長湯ができました。

湯ら里は源泉掛け流しではありませんが、露天風呂やサウナ、泡風呂があり、ゆったりとお過ごしいただきたいと思います。お隣のむら湯は源泉掛け流し、泉質の良さからリピーターが多く、とてもあたたまります。露天やサウナなどはありません。次回は、むら湯もお試しください。ご利用ありがとうございました。

喧騒とは無縁の心温まるのんびりした町ぐるみのおもてなし

初夏の涼しげな落葉広葉樹に囲まれた町営の宿です。ノンビリとした雰囲気に首まで浸かりたいという方にオススメ。お料理も農家のお家で味わえるような山菜料理。味付けも濃すぎずおいしかったです。持ち帰ってお弁当のおかずにしたい。ワラビの塩麹漬け、ゼンマイの水煮、トチノキのハチミツをお土産に。地元の方のガイド、ブナミュージアムの学芸員とブナ林、滑床の沢登り、ヒメサユリを見て回りました。常緑樹の森とは違う冷温帯の明るいブナ林を堪能した旅でした。肺の奥まで緑色に。宿もツアーガイドも含めた村ぐるみのおもてなしで只見の歴史、文化、自然を知ることができました。お年寄りも大変だけど生き生きと暮らして只見って良いところだなと思いました。

只見全体を見て頂き、ありがとうございます。そうですね、お年寄りが元気に暮らし働く町です。森のなかのホテルとして、なかなか背伸びはできませんが、精一杯お客様にあったサービスを心がけたいと思います。まさにのんびりしたい方向けのホテルですね。現在、朝食にしぼりたて自家製トマトジュースを提供しております。１０月末までですので、ぜひこの期間中もお越し頂きたいと思います。書き込み感謝申し上げます。

山の中で蟹懐石

只見町営の宿。近くの町営の日帰り入浴施設も無料で利用でき、しかも泉質が違うのである。
料理は色々選べるが、今回は蟹懐石を選択。写真の様に蟹三昧で満足至極！
