I couldn't use the accommodation due to a flight cancellation caused by heavy snowfall, and no action was taken even after I verified it. Of course, it was my bad luck that I couldn't go due to a natural disaster, but it ended up being a place I wouldn't want to use in the future.

The room is clean. Location is walkable from Sapporo station. I like the massage chair provided in the room.

If it has luggage storage service, I would give a 5-star rate. The location is excellent. It just a few minutes walk to the train station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
I also want to complain about the incorrect information provided by Trip.com. It said the hotel was luggage storage service and I booked It mostly for this reason. It interrupted my plan of trip when I found there was no such service after checking in.
