We have input accurate total number of guests with age when making reservation, however, being ask to pay for extra fee when check in date is approaching. Both hotel owner and travel agency claimed this is customer liability. This is unreasonable.
Hotel owner is sturborn. He must need us to inform Trip.com prior that we agree to pay the extra fee as requested, otherwise, he wont provide check in details even check in date is approaching.
We have been monitored by hotel owner via CCTV in the house entrance. He ring and text us that car is not allowed to park in. However, this is no any pre-description to guest that there is CCTV and no car pack availabe when making reservation.
Official check out time is 10am, however, our door bell being ring on when 9.30am. This is absolutely rude and impolite.

According to the Osaka prefecture Ordinance, the accommodation tax in Osaka City will be revised starting September 1, 2025.
