Amazing Hosts

This Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The owner and his wife were amazing hosts and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the Onsen Hot Spring which we found very relaxing. We spoke English and they spoke Japanese but we communicated through a translator app. It was raining for some of our stay so the owner offered to drop us to the places we wanted to go to. He also offered to arrange meals for us. There is a short walk up hill from the public transport to the Accommodation but if you made arrangements with the owner before you arrive, I'm sure he would pick you up with your bags. The public transport nearby made it easy to get around to the local attractions.

ロビーや部屋の内装は綺麗でアメニティも充実していて温泉もとても良く、スタッフにも良くして頂けて、満足してます。
1点だけ改善して頂きたいのはロビーにあるコーヒーマシーンが使えなかったので、インスタントのブラックコーヒーの粉末もあると嬉しかったです。
両親の金婚式に連れていきましたが、大変喜んでいました。また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

Zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer darauf bedacht den Wünschen und Ansprüchen des Gastes unaufgefordert entgegen zu kommen.

お湯が最高。スタッフの対応もとてもよい。
18：45開始指定の夕食で、最初の料理(前菜)の提供が19：00。これは遅い。
料理は朝夕、量・質ともによかった。
