Inn full of hospitality

It was such a wonderful inn that I was not sure where to start. First of all, we arrived early after check-in and took us to the welcome lounge on the top floor.
I had it. Afternoon tea and alcohol are also free. Local shochu, coffee and popsicle are all free at the hot spring resort. Also, from 9 p.m., a daily "nightly pudding" is served. Dinner is a sophisticated Japanese modern kaiseki. Full breakfast buffet in the live kitchen. Especially marvel at the morning sweets buffet served by the pastry chef. There are also two large public baths and an open-air bath with different atmospheres, and one open-air bath feels as open as a pond. In addition, a large number of face towels and bath towels are available for unlimited use. In addition, there are a variety of shampoos and conditioners that make women happy, and a number of hospitality items that cannot be written down. By the way, I was impressed by the staff's handwritten recommendations for sightseeing and the cheerful and polite greetings. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Hospitality of a long-established hotel!

I went to Shiragiku for a room with a hot spring. It is so close to Beppu Station that I think it is too expensive to pay labor. They say it's all-inclusive, but they don't do it at night. Even with diamonds, the rooms were not high-rises. He brings everything to my room. Staff with a nice smile. Ice cream on French toast for breakfast, delicious! The floor above the maisonette has a rather unique smell.

New Year

I stayed with my family in a room with an open-air bath. The showerhead was not good, but I enjoyed everything else. The food was only awarded two Michelin stars, it was delicately seasoned, and we were all impressed. It was a New Year's Eve stay, but it was not all New Year's food, it was delicious. Thank you very much.

I definitely wanted to stay again next year.

We had drinks and stuff like welcome drinks upstairs between arrival at the hotel and check-in.
When I was shown to my room, a foreign man showed me around, and he was very polite and said he was an intern, but he had a nice nice smile.
The dinner was very good and the fish was very good in Fauci.
The morning buffet was also very good.
I travel around, but I thought the Viking level was different.
I have back pain but I was surprised that my back did not hurt at all when I woke up in the morning.

Hospitality close to the heart felt in Beppu after 20 years

I visited Beppu for the first time in about 20 years with a work colleague.
The journey was filled with a bit of shy nostalgia, reminiscing about the time.
This time the inn is Hotel Shiragiku.
There was an air of elegance and calm that had not changed over the years.
Dinner is a luxurious affair where you can enjoy fresh seafood in a variety of flavors.
They were all carefully made and I naturally enjoyed drinking.
The pudding served as an evening snack was again excellent, and the gentle sweetness eased the fatigue of the trip.
The next morning, I was surprised by the dizzying number of items for breakfast.
It was a mixture of wanting to taste each one and the frustration of not being able to eat.
Among them, the fig tart for dessert is impressively delicious.
I felt a little happy from the morning.
What really stuck with me was the warm hospitality of the staff.
I felt the same "human warmth" in the casual way I spoke and cared for people even after all these years.
It was such an inn that reflected the kindness of Beppu as it is.

Very good location
