Bad amenities because they does NOT pay their bill… namely the cable bill so I couldn’t watch the word up… whereas my next door neighbor enjoyed his tv…
Very disappointing stay… after a being a very frequent guest… Being in the hospitality industry for over 26 years… it’s very disappointing to be treated like this…
But, will NEVER come back to this place EVER!

I’ve been in the hospitality business for over 26 years in NY and I still am.
Rating them at 4 was a way for me to boost their business and encourage to do well… but BIG mistake…
As an Ivorian born, I’m a frequent flyer and visitor of the Ivory Coast… I’m also an Educator and a Teacher as well…
Very disappointing as I was unable to watch the word up because the hotel did NOT PAY its cable bill and I have the proof to support my allegation… it was written on the tv screen…” pay this bill and you’ll get connected.. for a new trial…” something of that extend… sad… I went to the office and show my concern , I was told that the next day, someone would come and fix it.
No one showed until .
The same night the hotel Director called after my complaint… yet, nothing was done until I checked out this morning…
I will NEVER give my money nor my business to the Mbemba Residence EVER!
Enough is enough! A place I’ve staying in for YEARS….
I’d rather take my business somewhere where people appreciate it!

Hotel in renovation mode..
But so far so good…
It’s ok.
They’re working hard to please their guests.
Need to be encouraged in that endeavor…
