Like most of Italy the rooms are small and old. Unlike any other hotel we stayed in, they have Air Conditioning!!!
This is a great hotel. The price is good, the expansive grounds with sculptures are relaxing, and they are only 15 minutes from the airport. Get out of the noisy city and relax here.

DISAPPOINTING.

The stay was definitely disappointing compared to the expectations of a hotel that presents itself as four stars.
The services offered are very limited and far from the standards one would expect from a facility of this category.
The most negative note, however, concerns cleanliness: the room was poorly maintained, the environments were neglected, and there was a general feeling of poor hygiene.
In the bathroom, there was a lot of mold... as for the courtesy products, we found a nearly empty shower gel.
The TV was not working...
The comforter on the bed was worn and stained.
Customer service and attention were also found to be insufficient.
It's a shame because the property has potential, but in its current condition, the quality/price ratio is absolutely inadequate.
I hope this review is taken as a cue to concretely improve the service.

Maybe give the rooms a serious clean.....

Very nice common areas and garden but bad room,
Old bathroom with peeling bathtub, toilet flush not working but above all room full of spiders, cobwebs everywhere and corpses of bugs on the windowsills and on the ground. Clean sheets and sanitary ware but what did it take to take off the cobwebs and give a sweep?
It gives the idea of being an abandoned structure.
Breakfast average but.not 4 stars.
Too bad.

I suggest that the hotel tell there guests the cost of the taxi to the airport and that it requires cash. Our hotel upon arrival charged 20. Euro but the taxi from you hotel charged us 50. Euro. Quite a surprise for a ten minute ride.
