Superb hotel beyond our expectations

Wonderful hotel ....dream decor and stunning views of the lake. Very helpful staff ...lots of effort to speak French.... they are really attentive to every request.... spa and a luxurious pool overlooking the lake. An excellent quality / price ratio...one regret: stay of 2 nights too short....we will return to it

Nice shame the crocs

Beautiful location, beautiful spa although small, good services, good food although a little expensive, beautiful park and panorama. Absolutely out of place the blonde lady who sabres around the clubs with pink crocs talking loudly.

Wonderful stay for travelers

This winery/hotel is a great place to stop. We were given a warm welcome and were lucky enough to be able to attend a gala dinner. Each course was accompanied by a different wine, which you can also buy there (it wasn't a sales dinner!). The evening meal was excellent, the breakfast was so-so (you have to tick what you want on a piece of paper and it is then brought to the table for each person in the morning). The rooms are really nice and equipped with everything your heart desires.

Romantico

Bella la location, stile antico. Stupenda la Spa con la piscina esterna riscaldata, peccato che sia un po' piccola e gli accessi sono su prenotazione con orari prestabiliti e non è stato possibile aggiungere un aperitivo nelle botti perché andava prenotato per tempo. Tisana fredda e mancanza di bicchieri. Siamo stati al buio perché si erano dimenticati di accendere le luci. Nel contesto la struttura merita. Il ristorante ottimo con servizio eccellente. Unico neo il risotto un po' scotto e i prezzi alti. La camera è pulitissima e profumata. Bellissimo il bagno con doccia grande. Peccato che in camera non ci sono prese sufficienti.... per fare la tisana abbiamo dovuto staccare una lampada. Insonorizzazione da migliorare perché si sente la gente che passa nei corridoi e parla. La colazione è buona ma si deve prenotare la sera prima, all'arrivo al mattino fanno trovare le cose richieste sul tavolo tranne le bevande calde che le portano al momento. Bocciati i cornetti, surgelati e di scarsa qualità.

Schön aber nur als Durchreise

Wir beschlossen im Oktober im Piemont ferien zu machen. Das Dorf Viverone war zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr ausgestorben. Ich würde dies auch als kurzer Stop empfehlen, denn rund um Viverone gibt es nicht viel zu sehen.
Das Hotel ist sauber, schön und hat einen gewissen charme. Unser Zimmer ging zur Seite hinaus, eine wunderbaren Weitblick, alleringst hörent wir jeden Morgen ca. um 06:30 den Generator. Dieser lief danach den ganzen Tag durch. Daher war der Erholungsgrad nicht sehr gross.
Der Spa war super schön und es hat alles was man braucht. Hier eventuell einen Tipp, ein kleiner Snack wie z.B Trochenfrüchte oder Nüsse wäre super. Leider steht der Spa-Bereich für den Gast nur 1.5h pro Tag zur Verfügung und muss zuerst angefragt werden.
Das Essen ist teuer und ich hatte mit etwas mehr erhofft. Auch beim Frühstück. Dafür ist der Wein sehr empfehlenswert.
