Great experience, friendly and super helpful

Very nice and super friendly staff, they do not speak Italian but English and still make themselves understood. The room was spotless and equipped with all amenities. It was a real pleasure, they met my every need

If you're good-mouthed... it's okay

Undoubtedly excellent location for sightseeing but certainly the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. Even compared to the cost, because it is not expensive but you still do not expect the situation you find. You come and you're closed. He telephones and after five minutes a boy arrives from outside (?) who speaks little Italian. Go up to the first floor and there is the reception desk (sic) then assigned the room go up to the third floor (there is no elevator) and find that the code does not open. You call again and they tell you that maybe the battery is low. When they finally open you discover a dilapidated room that the photos comment on themselves. (By the way, in the evening we slip into bed and discover that the sheets smell of nicotine, the radiators are off and looking up we find that the fire sensor is covered with paper.) I would only recommend it to very very tolerant people with a good dose of irony.

bad hotel

three floors without elevator. staff absent and does not speak Italian. Very serious. Clean but spartan rooms. central location.

Disgusting,,,,they didn't do even the minimum of services. I found the towels used after the shower and the baskets not emptied on the floor, everything is obsolete and the photo they post is perhaps the only one they have that is decent, Cleanliness to the limit, only the location is OK
