Perfect stay

Beautiful apartment, clean, very nice with double balcony, unfortunately we stayed one night I would have stayed much longer.
Strategic position near both the center of Trapani and the Port for boarding Hydrofoils.
Highly recommended!

Mould and dirt at will

Terrible. We arrived at the property and the elevator was not working. After walking to the second floor apartment with suitcases, we notice that the latter had been very superficially cleaned: there were still coffee stains on the bedside table and the shower was full of dirt.
But the really obscene thing was to find the moldy ceiling above the bed. Although we contacted the manager several times to ask for explanations, we had no assistance but only a series of promises (the cleaning company that was supposed to come the next day, the manager who was supposed to do the inspection but never went up) never kept.
We had to find another accommodation and there was not even a nod of apology from the manager. To the structure, I strongly Recommendation to improve both in cleaning and in managing relationships with customers who have chosen you and paid.
A ruined vacation.

Unforgettable holiday!

To complete this beautiful holiday, with wonderful places to visit, the icing on the cake was the choice of this structure! A small apartment with attention to detail, clean, close to the historic centre, to the embarkation point for cruises to the Egadi islands. On the street you have everything you need, bakery, Conad, bars, characteristic places for quick meals. The staff despite being 50 m away. always available for your requests and suggestions! I highly recommend it!

Good choice

Convenient environment for location, services, silence. Excellent welcome from the guys at the reception, always available. Just a few notes on cleanliness (a bit of hair around) but otherwise excellent value for money.

freezing cold and hard beds

A desperately cold room with no heating at all and an Impossibly hard bed for the first night and then we were moved to another room with an equally rock-hard bed and heating that worked for a few minutes before shutting itself off so the room would be freezing again within minutes. The manager - Allesandro - spoke good English when we arrived and as he took our money, but oddly enough he 'could not understand' when we asked about getting our issues resolved - he also ignored our text messages. Naturally Booking.com have been no use at all - presumably since they have had their share of our money they no longer give a damn.
