Excellent property and staff ok

Very beautiful, clean, and well-kept hotel. Excellent services. Cozy rooms. Good and abundant food, but the real value of the property is all the staff, from the management who are wonderful people, supported by excellent, professional, and empathetic collaborators. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived throughout our entire stay. Thanks to all the staff and see you soon with other groups that I will bring ☺️

Negative stay.

Terrible experience. In the room, we found ants on the bed, which is simply unacceptable in a hotel. The bed should be the cleanest and most checked place in the room, certainly not a place to find insects.
The even more serious issue was the management of the problem by the management team. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and intervening seriously, they tried to shift the blame onto a sandwich stored in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, the sandwich was sealed inside a knotted plastic bag, and in the photo shown by them, there were no ants visible either inside or around the bag.
This justification appeared merely as an unconvincing attempt to divert attention from the real issue: a room that was evidently not adequately checked, cleaned, or disinfected.
Finding ants on the bed is already serious. To then feel treated as if we were responsible for the problem, in front of such a weak explanation, is even worse.
I would have expected professionalism, apologies, and an immediate solution. Instead, I found superficiality and blame-shifting. A decidedly negative stay and a facility that, as far as I am concerned, I would not recommend.

Modern room and comfortable mattresses.
I ate very well with generous portions!
The staff is really friendly, will not miss another stay in the future.

Good hotel with really nice people

I was there as a tour guide with a large group. Everything was perfectly fine. First of all, I would like to highlight the staff, including everyone. They are very nice people and helpful in everything. The food is varied and very tasty. The chef deserved congratulations. The rooms and the whole environment are clean.
