Ace residence stay

Very nice, clean, arranged and comfortable..It is located in the center of Narni, easy to find and has everything at hand

Everything not working , but it was clean.

Everything not working- Air conditioner pumped out hot air no matter which way you set it hot or cold . The light in bathroom mirror not working . the plug beside bed on one side - holes lined up wrong so plug won’t fit on one side . Loads of directions for a cook top but there wasn’t one . Towels given were teeny tiny . No lock inside bathroom door . The security peeky hole in door to the bedroom looked out onto nothing but black door there is no exterior aligned hole. all doors except bedroom doors were not locked . On a positive note the place was very clean and looked like it recently redone . It wasn’t just our room we rented 2 rooms and both rooms had same issues .

Practical

Weekend in terni to admire the waterfalls of the marble, good foothold just outside the center (certainly not suitable for those who want to move on foot and not by car) and convenient to reach different locations around. Room with small kitchenette and comfortable bathroom even if one wanted to cook and not eat out, balcony overlooking outdoor parking. Sufficient cleaning, mattress with patches (I slept worse in places where I paid much more) reception open from 8:30 until 19 ..la Mrs. Michela very kind and helpful.

Unfit!!

Well after booking on Booking the room on 18 January 2026 the
The next day they had sent me the email that was in over Booking that is exhausted the rooms available and according to them that they believe capable professionals and serious entrepreneurs in the sector ... but immediately after the call to have clarifications I did make a clarification at the same time on Booking and the rooms were still available and was booked ... Even towards the 14 rooms available!! For 2 times for 2 different days over Booking ... then the lady elegantly told me that I was not welcome in the structure! Just because one morning at check out I was late about 30 minutes she wanted to charge me about 50 euros and solicited that she needed the room!! If you are not capable, change your profession instead of fooling people!! You're just inept arrogant scumbags and rabbis who think only of money and not of
Customer!! I hope that in a short time you fail!!!

Excellent point of support

The property is located in a modern and well-kept building. On the ground floor there is the reception, while the rooms are spread over several floors, accessible by elevator. Although there were two of us we received a triple. Very spacious, clean and bright room. Also the bathroom very large and clean. Advice.
