HORRIBLE

Terrible welcome. Upon our arrival, we found the rooms dirty and in truly unacceptable conditions. The towels were stained and some even had traces of blood, while the sheets were full of hair. An absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable situation for an accommodation facility.
The assistance was truly terrible. The owner was very rude to us and, despite several calls to try to resolve the problems, he even went so far as to hang up the phone on us.
We had booked a triple room and a double room, but at the last minute the owner completely changed the plans, putting one person on an inflatable mattress and effectively combining the rooms, with only one bathroom available for everyone.
Fortunately, we were a group of friends and we managed to handle the situation anyway, but the experience was absolutely negative and well below any expectations.
As far as we are concerned, the owner's behavior and the conditions of the facility were unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here.

Experience bordering on the absurd! Terrible welcome, room with unhygienic conditions beyond the norm... room with dilapidated furniture, towels with hair from people who had been there previously, stained sheets, floor with reddish stains (it looked like blood), toilet with a non-functioning flush and a seat full of other people's hair, dilapidated shower where it was impossible to wash because the curtain was of little use and the bathroom inevitably flooded... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

AVOID! SCAM

Our experience was simply unacceptable.
Only **30 minutes after our arrival**, we received a simple message informing us that our reservation was canceled, on the pretext that there was no one on site due to a death in the family. However, a few minutes later, another person arrived on the scene and contacted the establishment: they were immediately told that they could pick up the keys without any problem. It is therefore clear that the excuse given to us was false.
When we tried to obtain explanations, the manager was particularly aggressive, disrespectful, and unpleasant on the phone. He refused to help us, ignored our calls, and showed no consideration for our situation. We were two young travelers, 20 years old, left without accommodation solutions in the middle of the evening, in a city we did not know.
Fortunately, Booking demonstrated exemplary professionalism by quickly finding us another place to stay and covering the additional costs. Without their intervention, we would have been in a very complicated situation.
Finally, several people present on site also expressed their dissatisfaction regarding the condition of the accommodations, describing them as poorly maintained and unsanitary.
I strongly advise against this establishment. Canceling a reservation at the last minute is already very serious; lying to the customer, treating them with contempt, and abandoning them without assistance is even more so. Fortunately, there are many much more reputable accommodations in Taormina.

Nightmare night in Taormina. To be closed.

I had booked 4 and 5 July 2025. As soon as I got to the room there was no electricity. I call the owner and he tells me to go downstairs to attack the counter, (the room is on the 3rd floor) which I do 4 times until 2.30 am. Then we decide to sleep without light and with the window open without mosquito nets. In the morning we decide to escape from that hell. Complaining about what happened I did not receive any refund. Worrying bathroom hygiene conditions, inefficient air conditioner. Nightmarish night and it couldn't get any worse. To avoid.
