Wonderful to have restaurant, great gelato and pool on site.
Staff incredibly helpful and always pleasant
Walking distance to everything we wanted or shuttle from city center

Family vacation

Very nice small hotel that is especially impressive due to the attached restaurant (certified gluten-free). Unfortunately, we did not have a balcony in the family room.

Nice vacation at Hotel Riel

Great hotel in a super location. You could enjoy the time there. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff at breakfast was super friendly. They asked about our coffee preferences directly every morning.
Only the hotel manager could be friendlier and greet the guests with a "Good morning" once in a while.

The hotels was remodeled recently. But after seeing the shower head, I wanted to run out of the hotel. The shower head hasn't been cleaned at least several years. It has black fungus. I told the staff, and the hotel replace it to a new one next day.

Great spot pleasant hotel

Hotel is in a great location with beautiful Lake views and close proximity to Sirmione. Rooms clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty although we didn’t try the restaurant. Would recommend a stay here definitely delivering for the prices
