Old, but good

Large hotel with park, swimming pool, spa, near the highway, in a quiet location.
Large spaces, the hotel has seen better times, stopped many years ago. Apart from that, it is clean, large rooms and bathroom, good shower and comfortable bed. I had dinner, breakfast and lunch. I found everything very good and generous portions. Very kind staff

Great lunch

We organized a trip to Rome with about fifty people. On the way back we stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Clean, quiet, easily accessible and above all an exceptional lunch. The whole group was happy and enthusiastic.

Every thing was perfect.we had a excellent dinner with a good price ,nice service.breakfast was good and claudio was gentleman .he let me and my wife collecting fruit from the hotel garden and he surprised me with a red wine bottle as a gift .

Sleepless night

The positive part is the applause kindness of the staff (reception, lounge, cleaning), free parking and perfect location in front of the motorway exit.
We slept passing through on the highway on an evening when there was nowhere to be found.
Let's go to the negative notes, which unfortunately are not offset by the positives.
We occupied room #35: poor quality mattress that sinks everywhere, pillows so high that they can not be used, total absence of soundproofing and noisy guests in the corridor until late at night (3 am) and early in the morning (6 am)... sleepless night! I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
I omit details on furniture and breakfast (both with ample room for improvement) since our priority was to rest and leave early.
