An excellent place

Spacious rooms with fine attention to detail. Bathroom with new furniture, shower with hydromassage. Parking inside the structure. Really friendly owner, superlative breakfast. Very modest price for the average of the period.

Unfortunate Cancellation / Please read.

We booked a stay at Oleandro but due to a glitch with Expedia the wrong date was booked. First thing in the morning I received an email from Roberta confirming the booking and location to the airport and this is where I noticed the error. I right away went back onto Expedia but the location was booked for the period of time we needed. Notified Roberta and received an immediate reply as well letting us know that the dates were already filled. If this quick experience is any example of thier customer service, then 2 thumbs and 5 stars. I mentioned to them that we would definitely look them up for our next visit to Venice. Thank you Roberta.

Fantastic B&B

Stayed here as a family of 4, we were greeted by the owner who showed us to our top floor 2bedroom suite with lounge area bathroom with shower and 2 balconies. The B&B is in a quiet residential area and very close to bus stop. The breakfast was lovely from homemade cakes,croissants,yogurt,cereal,toast,biscuits,tea/coffee and juice which was all delicious.

Difficile rimanere così soddisfatti

È da molto che non rimango così soddisfatto da una struttura.
La villa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, per nulla trafficata, tenuta benissimo e con un parcheggio interno dedicato agli ospiti.
L'accoglienza del proprietario, Roberto è stata esemplare, per gentilezza e simpatia. La camera davvero molto bella ed estremamente pulita. Letto comodo, buona insonorizzazione, scelta dei cuscini e con la possibilità di farsi in autonomia un thè o una tisana. Il frigobar completa la dotazione.
La colazione è servita in una cucina molto graziosa, con torte fatte in casa (buonissime), succhi, caffè di moka o espresso, pane, marmellate, yogurt e altro.
