Zero flexibility!

Unfortunately I could not test the 'efficiency and services of this hotel i how much for serious health reasons I had to cancel my reservation.I wanted to talk about the behavior assumed by Mrs.Barbara.At the cancellation 29 days before my arrival I was told that I would have to lose all the deposit of €500, but also pay the rest of the stay, but as I am a cancer patient would have made an "exception.Also added the sentence: but how did you think of booking a stay in the mountains if you are doing chemotherapy?Perhaps you might need to take a few days off?I simply asked to use half of my deposit as a voucher but it was not possible For this bad behavior I give this assessment, there are situations that must be evaluated at the time and not standardized

Albergo Panorama

Beautiful family-run hotel above Sesto (BZ), with recently renovated rooms and panoramic terrace overlooking the Val Fiscalina. Rich and varied breakfast; excellent dinners in the pretty stube, with flexible menu and preparations by the talented chef. Lovely little detail: the dog Luna, discreet and playful, makes the environment even more welcoming. Highly recommended for those who want relaxation and breathtaking views.

The hotel is at the top for the view (a name a guarantee), for the hospitality (you feel like and better than at home), for the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and .... not least for the food (great and well presented and never repetitive).

Excellent Hotel, located a little outside the village about 3 km (it would be useful from the administration to set up a connecting shuttle). Postcard view of the valley and mountains. Super Welcoming with friendly and always helpful staff. On the day of the hike to the Three Peaks we were prepared breakfast at 6.30 (Thank you very much again for your availability). Cleanliness both in the rooms and in the common areas excellent. Presence of sauna and adjoining solarium that on sunny days is the top. Catering with the presence of various sweet and savory products for breakfast, dinner presented a set menu 'but if you wanted to change something no problem. We thank everyone especially the Ladies of the Table Service who proved really good and helpful always remembering the products chosen for both dinner and breakfast. Our room 301 attic with beautiful mountain view, spacious and above all quiet, so if anyone had problems sleeping is ideal (except cockcrow ah ah ah ah ah) Congratulations again and see you.
