Excellent place, Relax assured!

Perfect place for those who want to relax; Residence surrounding the pool, a stone's throw from the center of San Teodoro and the many beaches in the area (one more beautiful than the other); The plus of the structure is Mr. Paolo, nice person, very kind and always attentive to the needs of customers, ready to dispense advice of all kinds and to meet everything that can make a beautiful holiday, even provides umbrellas to take them to the beach, who says otherwise lies ! Surely you could always improve, I could recommend the washing machine in each apartment or a laundry inside the structure itself, I would at least open a bar inside or a restaurant as there was until a few years ago ... but surely, if we return to San Teodoro we will return to this beautiful structure, cozy and central.

Oasis of peace and tranquility

I stayed at the Residence Le Tre Querce two weeks in September 2024, the first with my daughter, the second alone, I must say that I found the Accommodation very nice, well cared for and clean, director and friendly staff, available for any need.
The residence is located in a quiet and peaceful area, not far from the village and the beaches, you can breathe an atmosphere of peace and relaxation, also the large pool always in perfect order and cleanliness and 'an added value to an already wonderful holiday spent in beautiful Sardinia.
I will definitely return!

Beautiful location close to postcard beaches.

Pleasant, clean and quiet location with a large swimming pool, a stone's throw from the center of San Teodoro, located in a strategic position (10-15 min) from the main beaches of the area. Very kind staff. Possibility to take advantage of free umbrellas to take to the beach without having to buy it. Studio apartment a little small. The only negative note (but not dependent on the structure) is the lack of portable water by resolution of the municipal council.

THE SARDINIA OF DREAMS

I couldn't find a fault with that.
We took the studio apartment for 2 people.
Beautiful place, clean and extremely functional for any need.
The Owner is a kind and helpful person and always ready to give you great advice to make you enjoy your holiday.
The residence is very close to the center of S. Teodoro both on foot and by car (2 min) and the most beautiful beaches La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lo impostu etc ..
In the evening being slightly outside the center you have a cool climate and a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
Recommendation to everyone

We just returned unfortunately for us...... But we were very satisfied clean environment and quiet place and in the evening you were wonderfully ... and Mr. Paul really very helpful and kind Consigliatissimo.Simone and Barbara.
