Great on the first floor, worse on the second

Room 204. Very nice, attention to detail: new furniture; high ceilings, with wooden beams. Large bathroom with a large shower. New. An oddity: they don't give bidet towels (reception wing we were told they don't keep them), but only a towel that by size would be for hands and a shower towel. The floor of the room, the first, has a large space very nice furnishings. Other friends, however, were not happy with their rooms on the second floor because they were very small (without wardrobe) and with a very low ceiling. We paid 80€ per night with breakfast included.

Poor facilities and small rooms

Small rooms in the annex, poor facilities, no bar present let alone the restaurant which is not open.
Receptionist doesn't really bother to be helpful. We were here from June 14 to June 17 (officially booked) but left 1 day earlier.

Horrible experience

Terribly bad. No professional staff. Food from the micro wave. This is supposedly a Hotel but you can't order anything. Ashtrays from days before are still on the dirty tables. 4 stars? Not even 1

Strategic position

Venetian villa of great value.
Convenient for:
reach Venice also by boat;
perfect on our itinerary that included a visit to the Riviera del Brenta

Pleasant surprise

I must compliment the structure that I found welcoming, elegant and refined in detail, I also intend to focus my gratitude to the staff who welcomed me with particular warmth and affection, especially my compliments are addressed to chef Leopaldi Giuseppe, brilliant and sagacious man who with extreme professionalism manages to welcome guests with heart and soul. Again thanks to the wonderful experience and a warm hug to the staff.
