Excellent

Hospitality and kindness combined with attention to detail and the cleanliness of the rooms make the stay unique. The owner, Mr. Stefano is an exquisite person always ready to satisfy any request. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable, not to mention the delicious orange cake prepared by the wife. I highly recommend it and will be returning soon.

positive experience

Very nice two-star hotel, the gentleman who welcomed us was immediately very friendly and nice. The structure is in a strategic position, it can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot from the station and is a stone's throw from the main street, also excellent for going to Riccione, we went on a scooter in a short time. We only had a well-stocked breakfast included so I can't comment on lunch and dinner. The hotel also has its own beach nearby. The room assigned to us was very nice, the only "flaw" so to speak was the shower which is almost above the toilet, for us who were in the hotel only to wash ourselves and sleep it wasn't really a problem, the 'we laughed at the risk of throwing water left and right but we transformed that situation into fun, in the end the aim was to wash and we managed to do it easily.

Easy and serenity

Very nice hotel, the owners husband and wife and all the people who work are very courteous and familiar. We had a great time, from breakfast to dinner. Peaceful and peaceful holiday. Thank you with all my heart.

Hotel ave rimini

We spent 5 nights in the Ave hotel, we felt like at home. The area is very quiet, a stone's throw from the sea. Excellent breakfast also gluten-free, thanks to Stefano, Lory and Antonio for their kindness and availability. We will definitely return as soon as possible.

Vacanza

Avevamo prenotato con booking due notti in camera matrimoniale .
Pertanto quando siamo arrivati il conto di 200 euro senza colazione era già stato saldato con la carta....
Ci hanno assegnato una cameretta al terzo piano senza ascensore , stile anni 70/80 ed era praticamente un sottotetto ...con un bagno di un mq senza box doccia....la doccia era un "telefono"appeso alla parete che ovviamente ad ogni uso allagava il bagno....
Delusione !!
Il personale è cortese e la colazione è buona , ma non basta ...
Consiglio di accertarsi prima dell'assegnazione della camera onde evitare sorprese come la mia ...
