Week at the Hotel Arno super!!!!

We stayed at the Hotel Arno the week from August 3, 2026 to August 10, 2026. It was a pleasant vacation. Clean room with towel change every other day. Hotel a few meters from the beach, they partner with Bagno Ricci, one of the most beautiful beach clubs on the Romagna Riviera. The owner of the Hotel Arno is helpful, nice and welcoming like a true hostess. The restaurant dining room prepares exquisite dishes, a choice between two first courses and two second courses both at lunch and at dinner and they are excellent dishes, also very beautiful to look at as well as good, the cook is very talented, capable in every dish, both meat and fish. The head waiter of the restaurant, Nicola, if he didn't exist, we would have to invent him! Very fast at serving, with a memory of steel, but the strong point, besides his professionalism and friendliness, is that he puts you at ease from the very first day of vacation, ready and attentive to everything, truly the pillar of the hotel, number one!! Family holiday with good food and service, swimming pool water cool

The hotel is well located, close to the beach, train station and shops. The food was very good, you could choose from 2 starters and main courses (it can also happen that you don't like either). Children also get something outside the menu, such as pasta with tomato sauce. Good service at reception, room and dining room. The swimming pool is nice, but the water was cool. We didn't have a bathing supervisor. Get free tickets for Beach village!

Too bad Massimo and Stella Villa are no longer there

Unfortunately, we have not received the promised rooms. We have been staying at Hotel Arno for decades at the Villa family since 1956. It was always top notch. Meanwhile, tenants run the hotel. Unfortunately, there is a big difference. The worst thing for us was that the tablecloth (if you can tell the piece of paper tablecloth) was not changed all week. The stains were tried unsuccessfully to wipe away. Breakfast was so far good, except bread it had only one variety. Lunch and dinner were ok but unfortunately always cold. The waiter Nicole was always very friendly, even in stressful situations, he always had a smile and very good mood. Clea from reception also beamed all day. Thanks to Clea and Nicola, we were less excited about the negative stuff. Something positive I still have we had to leave a day earlier, because we were not charged this night.
