A gem in the heart of Ragusa Ibla: perfect stay!|​

Staying at the B&B Neropece was a fantastic experience! The location is simply TOP, just steps from the Cathedral and in the very heart of the beautiful Ragusa Ibla.
The establishment shines with impeccable cleanliness and offers a rich, varied breakfast full of high-quality products.
The real added value, however, is Cristina: exceptional, professional, and with an old-fashioned courtesy. She managed every one of our needs with incredible care and availability. For her, customer attention is not just a job, but a true must. She is the soul of this place, a truly great professional! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Lovely Guesthouse.

This is a lovely guesthouse with a very helpful concierge. She gave us restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us.
Our room had a large comfortable bed, along with a large porch overlooking the street. The bathroom was large as well. I would have liked hotter water and more water pressure in the shower, but …..
The breakfast was plentiful. Definitely try the “spreadable” cream, which appears to be the local sweet ricotta.
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Ragusa Ibla.

Lovely stay overall, but breakfast inclusion wasn’t honoured

This is a really nice hotel in a good location. There’s access by car to drop off bags (within a ZTL, so worth checking), free parking a short walk away, and Christina was extremely helpful — even letting us use a parking space she had reserved.
Unfortunately, our stay was let down by how a booking issue was handled. We chose the hotel because the listing stated that a complimentary continental breakfast was included, and there was no option to book a room without breakfast. However, on arrival we were told breakfast was not included and would cost €10 per person per night.
The hotel explained this was due to a mix-up with Hotels.com/Expedia. While we understand mistakes happen, it was disappointing that the booking wasn’t honoured as advertised, and we were still required to pay (even if slightly reduced).
Overall, a lovely place — but worth double-checking what’s included at the time of booking.

Neropece and Cristina, who hosted and managed our stay, were exceptional…the clean and well organized B&B was in the central district of beautiful old Ibla…thus near beautiful historic sights and panoramic views, as well as restaurants, shops, etc….Cristina was not only friendly, she was knowledgeable about local areas and helpful in our planning of our daily activities…of daily activitie…
