Great experience, will definitely return

I stayed at Hotel Petit for three nights and I really enjoyed it. The rooms were always clean and tidy every day, the staff very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was fresh and varied, perfect to start the day. Very convenient location.
Would definitely stay again!

False accessibility

4-star hotel that declares accessibility for people with disabilities actually does not exist. Rough entrance, washbasin of the private bathroom in the room and breakfast impossible for those using a pram. Inconvenient parking, on the other side of the street, without disabled parking in front of the structure. Reported this inconvenience to the manager but he reiterated that the hotel is 100% wheelchair accessible. Absolutely to AVOID.

Nice.

I stayed at the Petit Hotel in Prato and the experience was really very positive.
The hotel is modern, clean and attention to detail. The room was comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, always ready to help.
Also excellent breakfast, varied and good quality.
The location is convenient, especially for those moving by car, and the value for money is excellent.
