Perfect solution

It was a true pleasure to stay at this apartment equipped with every comfort. Antonio, the owner, is a delightful and accommodating person, ready to give advice on restaurants and local attractions to help you experience the Langhe in the best way possible! We chose this lovely attic because we had a work commitment in the center of Pollenzo, allowing us to take advantage of all the amenities and the proximity of the structure. The quality-price ratio is also excellent.

Mi ha fatto davvero piacere accogliervi e sapere che la posizione sia stata così comoda per il vostro impegno di lavoro a Pollenzo. Per me è sempre una gioia poter consigliare i posti del cuore qui nelle zone del Roero e delle Langhe e far sentire gli ospiti come a casa.
Vi aspetto per la prossima occasione, magari per un weekend di puro svago.

Fantastic.

Very well-kept, new, and functional accommodations.
If you are looking for a place to sleep in Pollenzo to visit the Langhe and Roero, you cannot ask for better.
The owners are very kind and helpful, and there is also a reserved internal parking lot.
Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 days, really nice accommodation, exceptional cleaning, super equipped.
The owners very kind and super helpful, they also recommended a great restaurant in the Langhe where you can taste excellent dishes.
We loved the parking inside, very private.
We will definitely be back ☺️

Beautiful in a strategic location

I stayed two nights in this accommodation and had a great time.
The apartment is new, spotless and in a strategic position to reach Alba and Bra.
Equipped with Wi-fi and every possible accessory imaginable (there is even the air fryer)
It enjoys free parking within the hotel, in a private location.
I will return

Fantastic.

We stayed in this apartment and were pleasantly impressed.
The accommodation is cozy, tastefully renovated, super-equipped, in a strategic position for a tour in the Langhe and the roero, has an internal parking and is administered by really brilliant owners who have always responded to our needs
Recommended experience, to be redone.
