Excellent

Very comfortable and clean, absolutely calm and no noise at all! The structure is very well kept and the room is warm and well fournished. Fairly close to the Tower and the city centre, you can also go there on foot if you like to.

Very nice family hosts

The place was just right. Enough space outside and inside. Clean, and well stocked. Only suggest they keep some portable fans for the summer. Lovely people, good for families.
They went out of their way to help us because we had little children.

Большое спасибо за теплый прием!

Очень приятная атмосфера, которую создали хозяева. Дом старый- очень красивые потолки и пол, интересная кухня, на которой можно при желании готовить, есть бутылочки с бесплатной водой и чай в пакетиках. В номере уютно, тепло, телевизор, на столе капсульная машина, рядом капсулы кофе и шоколада, круасcан . А в моем сингле был еще и балкон. на пять номеров большой холл, удобный санузел. Недалеко супермаркет. Сочетание цена и качество пожалуй лучшие в моем недельном новогоднем путешествии (всего было 4 отеля в разных городах). Если вдруг снова окажусь в Пизе, то только сюда. Приятный бонус- на второй день мне поменяли не только белье, но и кровать :), просто супер!
Заранее предупредила о времени приезда и меня ждали. Но, т.к. заезд был в темное время, были некие трудности, как попасть на территорию. Наверное за день до приезда стоит написать гостю, как пройти на территорию или установить звонок.

Meglio la panchina di campo dei miracoli

Per essere usciti da una pandemia,mi aspettavo che fosse super pulito, invece le pezzette umidificate portate per altri scopi sono servite per togliere lo strato di polvere e sabbia dai mobili.
Le lenzuola neanche a parlarne, capelli sparsi di donna e il letto sembrava già stato usato, meno male che avevamo delle nostre lenzuola... La mattina dopo mi sono spiegata il tutto, le lavano in casa perché il giardino era tappezzato di lenzuola e asciugamani bianchi, altro che lavasecco.
Per non parlare sotto il letto, bottiglia vuota con non si sa cosa dentro, e gentile regalo del precedente turista, un bel trita erba... Quindi manco si sono chinati per passare la scopa, pensa lo straccio
Il bagno passiamo avanti...
La colazione meglio cercare un bar..
Se passate per Pisa,ecco passate oltre.

Perfetto

Ho affittato una quadrupla per l'ultima settimana di agosto.
Personale molto accogliente, disponibile e simpatico.
Il posto è molto gradevole in un bello stile retrò che ti da una sensazione di calore!
È dislocata in un ottimo punto della città che offre ristoranti e servizi pubblici a portata di mano.
