Disaster and Lie
The person in charge of cleaning arrived at 10.00. 3.10pm, and we couldn't get access to our room until about 10.00pm. 4 p.m., after waiting at the front desk with my two children. When we arrived, around 10.00. 15.00, all rooms were open, which gave a very bad impression of security.
The cleaning staff tried to help us with the internet connection, but it never worked. There was also a note in the room that said we could contact them via WhatsApp if we had questions or problems. Nevertheless, we never received a reply to our messages.
The description of the accommodation mentions the possibility of breakfast on site. Although they later claimed that the reservation only included the room, the information is very unclear and misleading. In fact, we chose this accommodation precisely because of the alleged possibility of breakfast.
The cleaning staff even gave us an extra fan because she thought we would need better ventilation. She was right, because the air conditioning didn't work. With night temperatures of around 30°C, my children could barely sleep and had a very unpleasant night.
The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. Another negative element, however, was the noise from the street, which started around 10.00. 6am in the morning, which made it difficult to get proper rest.
We had booked two nights but chose to leave the accommodation after the first night. We at least requested a refund for one night because the promised services were not provided and because my children could not rest properly without working air conditioning. Despite this, they refused to offer any form of compensation.
My experience was very disappointing. I believe that the description of the accommodation does not reflect the services actually offered. This place is completely misleading, and I do not recommend living here at all.

Never again
Staff absent, door open to anyone, room frozen on arrival. No heating in the bathroom, dirty duvets. Mould in the bathroom. Never again. Useless window for both thermal and acoustic insulation.
