The owners have lied and refused to refund us

We didn’t get to stay at the property. We booked it as in the property description it says that the check in desk is 24/7- once we got to the hotel we rang the bell many times and called the number provided to us several times to no response. We then had to book another hotel in the area. The hotel has refused to give us our money back and has lied to say that they were up waiting for us, I don’t know what more they expected us to do to get in contact with them other than to call many times and ring the door bell. They have said they received no calls but my call log shows me calling the number they provided several times. Its extremely disappointing that they won’t just refund us as they lose nothing from doing so, it was a late night booking so the room would have been empty regardless and in the end was not used by us. The missed call shown in the photos is from the hotel that we had to book after we were unable to get into this one.

Furniture infested with mites

The old furniture of the room infested with parasites after a single night of stay caused a showy rash on most of the body. Hardly contacted for whatsapp they teased us for several days promising a refund at least of the first medical expenses then disappeared.
The reception h 24 does not exist, they never respond to the nr they give, they do not even care to verify the documents because they do not show up... in addition to the furniture also the old sheets, blind bathroom aerator that we had to pull out of the socket because it whistled uninterruptedly. The worst experience ever
