Balcony Room 53 spectacular view

Thankyou for the beautiful view !
I really surprised with the balcony view ! It was spectacular, breathtaking and very cool view especially for the sunrise !
Room : spacious, clean and for double bed
bathroom : it may be tiny but everythings needed is inside .
Breakfast : yes, the breakfast is normal but thankyou for delicious cornetto !
To be honest, what makes me feel really good because of the hospitality from the receptionist. They explain everything and they make me feel like home
Location itself so easy to find because its 8 minutes by walk from city center. But what makes so memorable is the balcony view. Thankyou so much !!

My prisons.

I will be brief:
Only positives. 2
cleanliness and proximity to the historic center and the escalators of Princetto and Rocca Paolina.
Defects A LOT:
Claustrophobic rooms lacking the most essential furnishings (in fact, the bed and mattress were there).
Only 1 chair in a room sold as a double, 2 tiny nightstands, a visible rack with 4 hangers, no wardrobe or drawers.
No luggage rack, very small bathroom without a bidet, only a Turkish shower head, narrow and cramped shower where the water from the air conditioner drained through a visible channel.
Old wooden doors without insulation, shared noise until late at night and in the morning from all the other occupants on the floor.
For the amount paid, there could have been a decent breakfast, perhaps sacrificing a few rooms on the first floor, maybe the one with a small terrace that I managed to see from my second floor (40 steps without an elevator).
Instead, they offered a coffee or a cappuccino with a croissant for an additional €4.
In the always cramped space of the lobby.
I thank the city of Perugia for allowing me to stay as long as possible outside that cramped structure, which I unfortunately paid for in advance.

Clean Helpful but little natural light

Great location. Good for Minimetro and almost everything else. Compact hotel with excellent front desk staff. Good air con. Scrupulously clean. BUT. Double room not like the pictures. Our room had an extra small bed in it and an unusable window looking onto an adjoining room with junk.on the balcony. Not good for security and no light. Less of an issue as 39 outside but still no.useable daylight. I had requested a room with balcony if possible. We were therefore one night. Wouldn't have stayed for another. Also booked direct but imagine they would not have given us that room if we were with booking.com because of review impact. Overall probably decent value if you had a room with daylight.

The staff was amazing. The room was lovely with a patio balcony where we were able to have snacks and drinks. Breakfast of a cornetto and cappuccino for 4 € can’t be beat. The staff deserve 10 stars!! Note … stairs- it is Italy.

Although not for everyone, our room was on the 5th floor ( no elevator) but we had a small balcony at rooftop level that I enjoyed sitting out on and watching the swifts and soaring around.
The location was excellent for walking everywhere
