A jewel in the heart of Monferrato
An ancient monastery completely renovated in the heart of Monferrato.
The Relais Sant’Uffizio deserves its 5 stars.
Under the supervision of the Manager, Marco, who is always attentive and present even on Sundays, this jewel is a real treat for its guests.
The spa is certainly among the most beautiful I have visited. The heated pool and the windows overlooking the lush trees are magnificent.
The attentive eye of the manager Angela brings a touch of warm Sicilian hospitality to this splendid Piedmontese property.
We did not take advantage of the Michelin-starred restaurant, but the experience at the bistro was very pleasant.
From the vitello tonnato to the homemade butter agnolotti to the tiramisu and panna cotta, every dish is delicious. The dining room staff is extremely courteous both during main meals and at breakfast.
The morning buffet is of great quality and refinement.
A special mention must be made for the musical selection that accompanies you both during meals and at the pool, always consistent with the environment, never intrusive, with a perfect sound level that allows you to enjoy it without being overwhelmed.
The outdoor pool is also very clean. The staff welcomes you with extreme kindness.
The guys at the bar are always diligent and professional, and the lifeguards are extremely attentive and never distracted.
The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well-cared for in every detail. The marble and mosaic bathrooms and the large showers stand out. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the walk-in closets are extremely functional and well-lit.

Phenomenal Relais in Piedmont
This newly renovated Relais is phenomenal! It’s is so stunning and beautiful it’s hard to put it into words. Bedrooms are chic, lovely big bed and bathroom was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The Spa pool and Spa were state of the art. The pool area and views around the pool were gorgeous and the staff gave a warmth to everything that was so welcoming and made our holiday! The surrounding countryside is breathtaking. Really worth flying into Milan to go or definitely when passing choose this magnificent place!

The beat of Monferrato!
A most peaceful and well appointed property in the heart of Monferrato wine country.
Excellent service and professional staff make for a very relaxing experience which is enhanced by the serenity of the spa/wellness center. I visit yearly and look forward to my next trip.

Amazing stay in Piedmont!
We had an amazing stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the renovation was done to perfection. Everything feels fresh, elegant, and inviting. Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding staff and service. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Lisa (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) in the restaurant for her warmth and attentive service, and to Nicola, the manager, for his professionalism and genuine hospitality. We'd also like to recognize the front desk team, who greeted us with a warm welcome from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home.
