exceptional value for money

spent very little for a discreet double, with a / c and all the necessary including parking in the private courtyard of the villa, accessible with code that the owner issues on arrival

a hidden pearl

A historic villa on the Via Emilia 2 steps from the center of Parmq. Arranged on several levels it has very spacious rooms, some shared parts and outdoor space available. Really useful parking inside. Very courteous manager. Really convenient parking inside

camera confortevole , ma la muffa nel bagno si poteva evitare, quello che è molto carino è sempre rifornito è la saletta per la colazione con microonde e frigo, molto comodo, ti permette di fare colazione c'è cenetta romantica

Soggiorno di 3 giorni.
Stanza ampia con molti posti letto.
Non è data molta cura ai dettagli dell'arredamento.
All'interno la stanza è abbastanza funzionale.
Zona non tanto trafficata, comoda per muoversi verso il centro.

La villa e a 15 min dal centro ben ubicata e vicino a supermercati e negozi e si può parcheggiare all interno.
Tutto ok unica cosa da rivedere i condizionatori..l aria calda non esce così calda anche se si mette al massimo della temperatura...
