Very central

Great location behind Teatro Massimo. Old building but comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Super recommended for those who want to get around the center of Palermo on foot

Owner extremely nice and helpful, comfortable room with a huge bathroom and very clean. Amazing location, practically close to everything. We had been recommended by friends, but I must say that the stay went beyond all rosy predictions. Highly recommended

Excellent

Excellent structure, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully furnished, outdoor area for smokers, very kind owner, the location is excellent next to the Teatro Massimo.
I read the other reviews and realize they are fake.
We will definitely be back.

Host stole our money

Be careful!!! The owner stole our money and didn’t give us a keys!!! There was almost no contact with the host. She didn’t pick up the phone. We booked through booking. Com and she cancelled the reservation and didn’t give us money back

SCONSIGLIATO. POSTO PESSIMO E SERIETÀ ZERO. CI HANNO BUTTATO FUORI

Servizio pessimo. Nessuna serietà.
Ho contattato la struttura privatamente tramite il numero di telefono fornito online, ho fatto la prenotazione tramite watsapp, come suggerito da loro stessi.
Appena arrivo mi dicono telefonicamente di dover lasciare i contanti, che avrebbero preso il giorno dopo (mentre ero convinta di poter pagare con regolare ricevuta al check in).
Dopo mezz’ora vengo richiamata perché dovevo LASCIARE LA STANZA in quanto arrivavano altri ospiti e avevano errato nella prenotazione dunque la struttura era in over booking.
La signora non ha avuto remore nel buttarci fuori, con toni sgradevoli e poco gentili, non si è nemmeno presentata. Ha fatto tutto telefonicamente.
Mi avevano “proposto” una struttura lontana 2km da questa, e non avevo la possibilità di spostarmi Mi sono ritrovata a dover cercare un’altra sistemazione di sera a Palermo.
Peraltro zona pessima e pulizia scadente
