nice discovery

clean location, small room but very very nice. sheets and pillow with a scent of clean and mountain essences, very pleasant. shower large enough and autonomous regulation of radiators. Free parking available next to the property. breakfast with genuine and fresh products. friendly staff!

great, cuddly, nothing is missing

Stayed on February 2, only for one night unfortunately. The rooms are small but really have everything you need, practically new, comfortable bed, room temperature excellently adjustable, bathroom with bidet and complete with accessories, quiet, comfortable, super cuddly, to really recommend. Good breakfast both sweet and savory, eggs at the time, sweets, yogurt jams at will. great all in warm environment typical of the mountains.

Very high price not worth the stay

We only slept one night paying 170€ for a very small room and I could hardly move in the bathroom. Also if you pulled the water drain then you had to wait 5min before using the toilet because the water pressure was missing.
I am an accommodating person and then I slept well, but it was a room that was worth up to 100€.
For the price paid my rating is 1!

A pleasant cradle

A night of passage much appreciated. A B&B all new, cozy, elegant, attention to detail in the room and outside.
Very comfortable bed.
Good breakfast at the outside restaurant and run by the family.

Esperienza pessima e gestione del cliente inaccettabile.

Ho prenotato tramite Booking una camera con colazione inclusa. Solo il giorno prima dell'arrivo mi è stato comunicato che check-in, assistenza e soprattutto colazione si sarebbero svolti presso un ristorante a circa 2,3 km di distanza: 35 minuti a piedi all'andata e altrettanti al ritorno. Dopo aver ricevuto il messaggio ho cercato di contattare numerose volte la struttura per chiarire la situazione, ma i miei tentativi di chiamata e il mio messaggio sulla chat di Booking sono stati sapientemente ignorati.
Al check-in mi è stato ripetuto che sul sito della struttura è scritto che le due sedi sono diverse e che loro “non sanno quello che c'è scritto su Booking”. Ho quindi richiesto il rimborso della colazione, che mi è stato negato. Come alternativa è stata proposta la colazione in camera, con al posto del caffè del bar una bustina di Nescafé e l'acqua del bollitore in camera. Ho ovviamente rifiutato.
La parte peggiore è stata il tono del gestore: scortese, aggressivo e continuamente sulla difensiva. Invece di ascoltare la contestazione, mi ha parlato come se stessi chiedendo qualcosa a cui non avevo diritto e mi è stato persino detto che stavo cercando di “lucrare” sulla situazione, quando chiedevo semplicemente un rimborso per un servizio diverso da quello prenotato.
In camera abbiamo inoltre riscontrato Wi-Fi e bollitore non funzionanti, problemi già segnalati anche da precedenti recensioni.
Ancora più grave è che già da ottobre 2025 risultano recensioni di ospiti che segnalano il problema delle due sedi. Nonostante ciò, a distanza di mesi la questione continua a essere comunicata solo a ridosso dell'arrivo, mentre la struttura continua a vendere il soggiorno senza rendere adeguatamente evidente questa condizione. Questo lascia l'impressione che una criticità ormai nota venga sistematicamente ignorata. Dal punto di vista del cliente, trovo questa modalità profondamente scorretta e ingannevole.
Non tornerei e non posso assolutamente consigliare questo soggiorno.
