Nice and cheap accommodation in the center of orosei. Rooms very simple and basic. Very clean. Definitely improveable furniture but to sleep one or two nights there is

Needs improvement.

Unpleasant experience in the kitchen: a cockroach was spotted by us and another couple, probably coming from outside, given that cleaning in the spaces is carried out daily. Another note to make about the kitchen: few pots, some of which were not recognized by the modern cooktop. Oil, coarse salt, and spices were almost completely absent. Fridge: despite being at maximum power it barely cooled, so much so that almost everyone resorted to the freezer. Furthermore, large spoons and ladles were missing. Good, spacious room with a balcony that, however, overlooked a neglected space reduced almost to a dump. A few more disposable body washes and bars of soap would have been helpful. Staff initially present, later disappeared (even when faced with our request for assistance).

We stayed three days at this property, well located near the center of orosei.....
The property has private parking a few hundred meters from the room....
Our room, although recently renovated was quite easy..... lacking various points of support for personal furnishings both in the bathroom and in the rest of the room.....
The mattress is absolutely to be changed as the bed base.....
there is a small terrace with drying cloths, but the chairs of the small table are ruined and dilapidated........ there is a common area with a fridge not really kept well....
Overall the price is not bad and with a few small precautions can become more eye-catching

Good but improveable

We stayed at the B&B S’Agrùstu in Orosei. The location is great, a few steps from the historic center for an evening walk and a few minutes drive from the beach of Marina di Orosei. The property, although dated, is clean and offers basic amenities, such as a full kitchen and common areas for lunch or dinner. However, some aspects need to be improved: the air conditioner in the room is positioned right in line with the pillows of the bed, making it difficult to use them at night, and breakfast — served in the pastry shop next to the entrance — was disappointing: choice limited to a croissant and a coffee/cappuccino, small spaces and inefficient organization despite the large staff. Overall, a decent stay, but with room for improvement, especially on the breakfast front.
