Like at home

Wonderful holiday in this excellent property where we were immediately treated as family. Dear and considerate The owners, all the staff, excellent cleaning and cucina.Vantaggiosissima agreement with Marcelli bathrooms, convenient parking. We will definitely be back thanks for everything.

Everything perfect

We stayed at K2 for 10 days in August with our little chihuahua in "half board" formula.
The hotel is exactly as described on their website or on the various online booking sites.
Always run in a familiar way without too many unnecessary frills.
Breakfast and dinner always plentiful, on-site pool and beach place (umbrella and 2 deckchairs) on the shoreline make a complete Service. It also includes a private and fenced parking for customers' cars.
There is a small uphill road to reach the structure returning from the sea or the seafront but nothing so exaggerated.
I highly recommend!

A highly recommended structure for quiet and relaxing holidays and to discover the Conero

A really beautiful holiday. Nice and nice hotel, courteous and helpful staff. The property is close to the sea but a little behind the beaches .. just enough to give tranquility and relaxation with a beautiful sea view. Really nice cuisine and helpful and courteous staff. Recommended really.

Wonderful holiday

We spent a week (half board) in this hotel and it was a fantastic experience: convenient location with respect to the sea, within walking distance because it is about 200 meters from the hotel; spacious and spotless room with sea view and swimming pool, with double terrace. Comfortable windowed bathroom with spacious shower. Excellent cuisine, good variety of dishes, both meat and fish; buffet full of raw and cooked vegetables, the latter every night different. Hearty breakfast, sweet or savory, with croissants, homemade cakes, pancakes... very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Really a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
