Fantastic stay at Serendipity! Great location, lovely accommodation, great facilities and brilliant communication from the staff. Room was very clean and cleaned throughout our stay. Free access to tea/coffee and in room fridge. High ceilings and views of Vesuvius! A true home from home! Wholeheartedly recommend!

Alessandra was exceptional in responding to all my text through WhatsApp when we were having multiple issues with planes and trains in regards to our room reservation.
When we finally arrived in Naples, she was there to greet us and we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful our room was!
Well appointed, clean, spacious and beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius out of one of the balconies.
Coffee and tea available. Honor mini-bar available.
There is a elevator, but we chose the stairs each time, due to eating a lot of pastries and pasta.
As for the location, close to the train station, walking distance to the Spanish Quarter.
Was able to walk to where we met up with tour groups for excursions.
We didn't feel unsafe, no different than any other big city, just know your surroundings and pay attention.
I would stay at this B&B again.

Make sure you check out the area the hotel is in first; it’s definitely a rough part of Napoli. We didn’t personally have any problems, but our friends at the B&B Hotel next door witnessed a mugging during the day. There was police presence outside the hotel every night, which was actually reassuring. Also, don’t visit the Istanbul Supermarket next door as they just rip tourists off.
The accommodation itself is basic, with limited amenities, a very reasonably priced minibar, which was good. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The biggest challenge was the heat; the room has air conditioning, but it was like trying to cool the Sahara Desert with an ice cube. We tried it at 16 and 18 degrees, and it really didn’t cool the room to a variable level. When we complained, we were told to put it on 25, then when it reached 25, turn it down gradually. We tried that, then on the last two nights, tried various YouTube techniques, but actually, the air conditioning clearly is not fit for purpose or broken, so we actually had four bad nights’ sleep being overheated. Our friends were across various B&Bs and Hotels in the area, and theirs worked well, so it wasn’t due to the outside temperature.

Most adorable place to stay in Napoli, Italia ❤️

This place is in a beautiful historic building right across from the train station. Immaculate, with a huge room and cathedral ceiling, as well as doors that fully open onto a balcony. Alessandra and Eduardo were so lovely- communicative, responsive, and so kind! My stay was for one week and I grew to love and appreciate this place and the hosts more every day. I booked it again for my next stay because it is so convenient to where most tour groups meet, as well as the ability to walk to anywhere and arrive quickly. Magical and wonderful. ❤️☺️

All was perfect. Check-in was done by owner, very friendly and nice. Property has an excellent location for all purposes. I definitely recommend this location that is more similar to a nice hotel than a guesthouse.
