Such a great hotel! The location, the beautiful room, the fantastic shower were all wonderful.
Best of all was the lovely Chiara who was so, so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, she was attentive and responded to all queries immediately. She also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants/ activities.
Had the best night in Naples at this extremely comfortable stay.

This place is in the center of everything. It was so easy to go out and navigate being so close. The a/c was also pumping. My comforter which I took from the closet did have some dirt marks on it but the sheets, towels and everything else were great. The staff was super helpful and friendly and even helped me when I didn’t have the correct charger.

Amazing staff

We got to the hotel between reception hours and had a bit of trouble finding a taxi here (which was poor planning on our part). However, Kiara at the front desk checked us in and was so accommodating and helpful. We could not ask for a better experience. She was so professional and really turned our day around with a warm presence.

This is truly a hidden gem in Naples. We were greeted by a very kind gentleman at the entrance who showed us the way to the elevator and the hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who checked us in and shared many great recommendations for places to visit during our stay.
The room was fresh, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and air conditioning that kept the room cool throughout our stay.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, and their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We will definitely be back the next time we visit Naples! ⭐️It's centrally located, close to the taxi stand and within walking distance of many excellent pizzerias, restaurants, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Naples.

No hot shower for the first 3 days we stayed there.
During the entire trip the internet was down, my phone’s signal was not the greatest in Naples so having no wifi at the hostel, caused us to miss emails/notifications from travel bookings and miss a pick up time.
The best part was the location but personally wouldn’t recommend this
